How do I know which pillow to get? We know it's hard to get the right pillow, and we can help. Check out our Pillow Picker chart, read the "compare to" text on each pillow's description, or email us at info@queenannepillow.com.
What if I don't pick the right pillow? If you're not happy, we're not happy. We'll work to get you the right pillow, whether that's an exchange to a different pillow, adjusting your pillow's fill, or a return within 30 days.
Why are your pillows soooo good? We've got more pillow options than anyone else - down, down and feather blends, and synthetic down options, all in a number of sizes and weights so that any kind of sleeper can be assured a good night's sleep. Do you snore, have neck pain, or sleep on your stomach? We've got a pillow for that! Our pillows are all made at the time of order, in bags with high thread counts, double-stitched seams, with our shape-extending purple piped edges, and only with ethically sourced down and feathers. Our fills are hypoallergenic and triple washed, and our pillows are made in the USA by skilled American workers. And all of our pillows are expertly packed with a wool dryer ball and a helpful travel or storage bag.
Where are your pillows made? All of our pillows are made in the USA. There's dignity in our manufacturing, and being in the US lets us control the materials and quality of each pillow.
Which pillows are machine washable? Our hypoallergenic bed pillows are all machine washable. This includes our most popular pillow - the Majesty Down, the Harry eco-pillow, and the LoftKing extra firm pillow. We recommend dry clean only for our down and feather pillows. All of our pillows come with door hanger with care instructions on the back.
How is down different from feathers? Feathers are the outer layer of a bird's wings and back, and down is the finer fiber beneath the feathers. Read more.
