I like to take baths. It's one place where I can relax, even if I still always bring my phone along. Something to watch or listen to. I struggle with Netflix content, but I found Forrest Gump for a rewatch. 

"Life is like a box of chocolates," Tom Hanks starts, and I chuckle a bit about how true it is. It's a simple line, but it hit me and I smiled.

Forrest Gump was filmed in part in South Carolina, in the same city where Queen Anne pillows are made. Forrest Gump is certainly complicated, moreso now than when it was filmed 25+ years ago, but it's got a lot of America in it, and so too do Queen Anne pillows.

Now some materials may be imported - our down is French - but our pillows and comforters are made in America, not a foreign factory. Workers are paid a fair wage and quality control is important. Pillows are individually made at the time of order. Each fill is digitally calibrated, and then each pillow is sewn shut by expert craftsmen and women. They also pack each pillow, with a door hanger showing care instructions, a wool dryer ball, and in a quality storage or travel bag. 

Because of this, it may take two business days for a pillow to be made and then shipped. But it's worth it. Whether sleeping on our proprietary synthetic down or our ethically sourced down and feathers, our pillows are luxury hotel quality.

And none of that will ever change.
